Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

 

All treatments are provided by BodyTherapy.Health (James Hurst), based in Sissinghurst, Kent.

Appointments are managed securely through Fresha.com.

By booking a session or purchasing a voucher, you agree to these terms and to the policies outlined on this website.

 

 

2. Bookings & Cancellations

 

All bookings are handled through Fresha.

You can view, reschedule, or cancel appointments directly via your confirmation email or the Fresha app.

 

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, or if paid by voucher, the voucher may be marked as redeemed.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying the next client.

 

 

3. Treatments & Consent

 

All treatments are tailored to your individual needs.

Before your first session, you’ll complete a consultation and consent form through Fresha. This ensures treatment is safe, appropriate, and informed.

You must share any relevant health information or medical conditions.

Treatments are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or care.

I reserve the right to decline or stop a session if treatment is considered unsafe or inappropriate.

Some treatments may include the use of dry needling (medical acupuncture). A separate consent form is completed before this technique is used.

 

 

4. Massage Vouchers

 

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If treatment prices change before redemption, you may be asked to pay the difference.

Vouchers are transferable, but please inform me if you’re gifting one so I can personalise it.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Extensions may be offered if requested before expiry.

 

 

5. Payments

 

Payments are processed securely through Fresha at the time of booking or in person at your appointment.

Accepted methods include card, cash, or valid voucher.

 

 

6. Data & Privacy

 

Your personal information and treatment notes are stored securely in Fresha in line with GDPR.

Your details are used only for booking, treatment, and communication related to your appointments.

7. Liability

 

Every effort is made to provide safe, effective treatment.

Clients receive therapy at their own discretion and are responsible for disclosing accurate medical information.

BodyTherapy.Health accepts no liability for issues arising from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare advice.

 

 

8. Updates

 

These terms may be updated from time to time.

The latest version will always appear on this website.
