Optional Wellbeing Add-on

For clients who want to support relaxation and focus, auricular acupuncture (NADA protocol) can be added at the end of a session. It’s a gentle, seated treatment using fine needles on specific points of the outer ear to help calm the nervous system and support stress recovery.

Treatment takes around 20–30 minutes and can be offered for individuals or small groups.
